You can rely on our logistics team to ensure that flowers and plants arrive at your customers as agreed. Whether the products supplied were sold on the clock, through Auction Presales or directly. You supply everything to one place, we take care of delivery to your customers at our hubs.
How does our logistics process work?
As a grower, you rely on your product arriving to your customer quickly and in good condition. That is what we do our best for every day. We make agreements with the buyer about when purchases are expected to arrive because the most predictable and reliable delivery possible is very important. The same way of working at all hubs and our time-slot deliveries help with this. Buyers have the option to select their own delivery times. The end time forecasts for every process are disappearing.
From six o'clock in the morning, we collect the products sold on the clock and through Auction Presales. As part of the standard process, buyers select early (by 11 am) or later (by 12 pm) delivery. Per day, per hub and per buyer plate. If a buyer buys through Auction Presales and opts for early Select Delivery (NWK, RB), these products still arrive by 08 am Options for time-slot delivery are expanding all the time. For example, later delivery with Select Delivery (10 am - 1 pm) is already possible too.

Delivery within an hour
We would be happy to arrange the delivery of directly sold products for you. Use Connect Logistics, supply everything to one place, at a time that suits you. You no longer have to visit all your customers at our physical hubs yourself, which saves time. We pick the direct trade every day during our opening hours. If you have your direct trade delivered via Connect Logistics, we will collect your products at the agreed time and deliver your lot to your customers within sixty minutes. You and your customer remain well-informed via Track & Trace and can easily check whether all the products have arrived in good order.
Quick and secure local storage
If you sell (some of) your products from one of our hubs, we can deliver an order to buyers for you immediately after sale, or at the chosen time, within opening hours. And because your products are at one of our hubs, delivery is taken care of very quickly. A buyer can expect the order in their box within ninety minutes. That makes your products particularly attractive.
