Royal FloraHolland is a cooperative of growers. Through the Members' Council, growers are involved in important decisions and policymaking from the very start. The choices and solutions arrived at take on board the interests of all our members. To accurately represent our members, the Members' Council includes a diverse mix of individuals from various backgrounds.

Cooperative Strategy

In 2022, the Members' Council developed the cooperative strategy 'Together in the cooperative'. It is a response to developments and trends such as globalisation, digitalisation, sustainability requirements and the energy transition. By making more focused choices, we ensure that we can continue to be of value in the future, achieve economies of scale for members, and increase our impact.

Member engagement

Royal FloraHolland is a cooperative of growers. We engage members through the Members' Council and other entities, such as the Royal FloraHolland Product Committees (FPCs), the Youth Council and the Cooperative Day. By harnessing the knowledge and experience within our cooperative and allowing members to contribute and participate, we grow stronger together.
