You can supply to Royal FloraHolland as a regular supplier or as a member with a turnover expectation of at least € 15,000 per year. Which relationship type suits you best?

Member

Members sell their total yield via Royal FloraHolland, have the opportunity to participate and have a say in the cooperative, and also take a share in profits. Members also benefit from favourable supply rates. The following applies to members:

Growing ornamental plants or flowers at your own expense and risk;
Owner or tenant of a nursery;
Member of Chamber of Commerce or similar registration in the relevant country.

What are the conditions?

You grow horticultural products yourself.
You own or rent a nursery. Your company is registered with the Chamber of Commerce.
You sell your entire production via Royal FloraHolland.
You estimate the expected supply of your products and turnover.

Participation and say

As a member of Royal FloraHolland, you participate and have a say in our cooperative. You thus have a vote regarding the auction policy.

Supplier

Suppliers only sell a portion of their yield via Royal FloraHolland. This may be via direct transactions or via the clock supply They make contract agreements for the clock supply. Payment certainty is always an element of this. The following applies to suppliers:

Minimum turnover forecast of at least € 50,000 per year, which is between 10% and 30% of your total annual company turnover.
Registration with Chamber of Commerce or similar registration in the relevant country.

What are the conditions?

You own or rent a nursery. Your company is registered with the Chamber of Commerce.
Would you like to sell via the clocks? Then we shall make agreements about the type of product, the quantities and the days of delivery. In this way, we work together to ensure an attractive marketplace.
You estimate the expected supply of your products and turnover.

FSI Certification

From 1 January 2026, the majority of members and suppliers who offer, trade and settle flowers and plants through the Royal FloraHolland platform must be certified according to the requirements of the Floriculture Sustainability Initiative (FSI basket of standards). With a step-by-step approach, all members and suppliers will be phased towards full FSI compliance by 2027.
