Progress on ICT malfunction at Naaldwijk location
ResolvedThis morning an ICT malfunction was found in the new flower order picking process. This meant that 40% of the flower volume could not be processed. By now (11.15 am) the process has restarted and we are working hard to catch up with the backlog. We will keep you informed about the malfunction and the end times of the deliveries.
Expected delivery end times:- Flowers: not yet known
- Plants: 12.45 pm

Anteater stops Wednesday 22 June 2022
ResolvedIf you are a customer using AntEater, you will no longer receive support: this can already cause problems (such as EAB errors). As of Wednesday, June 22, 2022, you will no longer be able to use AntEater's software because AntEater stops being a software provider.
If you have not yet chosen another software package, we advise you to do so as soon as possible.

Disruption new login My Royal FloraHolland
ResolvedThere has been a disruption with the introduction of the new login to My Royal FloraHolland since last Monday, 22 November. Users who have not replaced their password more than 6 months ago cannot log in.
Should you experience any problems logging in, we would like to give you a few tips & tricks.- Password: If you have not performed a password reset longer than 6 months ago, we recommend that you do so now;
- User account: in the new situation you can only log in with your self-chosen user name; If you have a user name that starts with vba or fh0, and it has been changed yourself, then you must use the changed user name;

Nuisance caused by roadworks on the Naaldwijk auction site
ResolvedFrom 29 September to 1 October, Trias Westland will be carrying out work on the earthmoving track across the auction grounds in Naaldwijk.
The works will take place along the road between the noise barrier and the Stijp 1 building and will lead to inconvenience in the form of limited availability of car parking spaces.
Laying of glass fibre network
The Trias Westland heat network transports hot water generated by geothermal energy from the Westland region. The pipeline runs under the auction grounds. A branch has now been built to heat the buildings of Royal FloraHolland.
Along part of the pipeline, Trias Westland will lay a fibre-optic connection to the Royal FloraHolland heat depot. It concerns the part that is covered with stelcon plates.
Expected inconvenience
The inconvenience will be limited as much as possible. The contractor expects to have to work for a total of 3 days. The inconvenience consists of the daily unavailability of the parking spaces for cars over a length of approx. 50 m and the fact that the road is narrower. The contractor will close the road in the middle to a strip about 1.5 m beyond the stelcon plates.

Driveway OOST 101 in Naaldwijk closed due to work
ResolvedThe wearing course of the OOST 101 slip road to the 1st floor of the Elsen building in Naaldwijk has worn away/wept away in the bend. Necessary maintenance will be carried out this weekend to replace the wearing course. From Friday 17-09-21 18:00 to Monday 19-09-21 this slip road will be completely closed to all traffic.
Destination traffic to and from the 1st floor can use the Fleuraduct ('de Wokkel') and the entrance and exit south 101. Also, during this weekend some minor repairs will be made to the driveway ZUID 311. During the repairs, this driveway will be partially closed off, but the P-roofs will remain accessible.

Road works N201 between N231 (Legmeerdijk) and N521 (Zijdelweg)
ResolvedDuring the road works on the N201 Royal FloraHolland might be less accessible. In order to carry out the work on the N201 an alternative route will be offered to local traffic. One lane will be closed per phase. During the phases it is not possible to safely merge or exit traffic. During the works, the exit to the N521 will be closed in phase 2 and the entrance to the N201 will be closed in phase 3. Local traffic will be diverted via the N196 in both situations.
The works will take place on Wednesday 15 September and will last until Tuesday 5 October.
