The transport of plants and flowers requires care and attention, because the fragile cargo was grown with passion. Specially designed product carriers (packaging units) ensure good protection for your products. No matter which packaging unit you choose, it will fit perfectly on the load carriers (auction trolleys or CC containers) that we always have available. Useful for the smoothest and most efficient transportation possible while maintaining quality.
Plenty of choices
There are various sustainable solutions for protecting and transporting your flowers and plants. It’s also good to consider what is important to your customer. For instance, you can select multi-use flower buckets, support shelving or flower boxes and plant trays. Is multi-use not an option? Then recyclable flower and plant boxes or plant trays could be what you need. With us, you definitely have plenty of choices. The same applies to load carriers: you can choose from auction trolleys or CC containers.
Clean packaging units and trolleys always available
We ensure the transport packaging you need are available. Returning and collecting packaging must be announced in advance in Packaging Online and can be done within wide opening hours at all hubs. Once returned, we ensure the packaging units are cleaned and ready for the next user.
At all our hubs, you will find auction trolley buffers at the supply locations during opening hours. Auction trolleys can only be taken outside our buildings with lock plates. You can hire lock plates at the lock plate counters. We remove (unlock) the lock plates during delivery times, as well as outside regular opening hours and/or public holidays. Well-functioning CC containers and plates can also be collected from or returned to our hubs. In Logistics supplies online, you will find your complete lock plate and/or CC container administration, always up to date and available 24/7. This gives you a grip on your logistics costs.

Sustainable packaging together
Environmentally friendly packaging is at the heart of our transport packaging initiatives. We also encourage the use of multi-use packaging units. We have a perfectly functioning return and deposit system for our flower buckets. The same goes for some of the plant trays, including Floratino and the red and grey plant packaging units. We’re not working alone to make logistics supplies more environmentally friendly; we’re doing it in close collaboration with buyers and growers. This is valuable to the whole floriculture chain. Take, for example, our participation in Euro Plant, a shared opportunity to achieve a European plant tray system that is the same for everyone. We use our expertise in the interests of our members.
