Select Delivery

Besides the earliest time slot 6:00 - 8:00, you can choose from several time slots for flower delivery:

6:00 - 11:00
With this time slot, you will receive your trade in your box before 11:00. Combined with a later time slot, this allows you to spread your delivery more evenly and avoid cross-flows. In addition, the costs are cheaper than with delivery before 8:00.

6:00 - 12:00
Would you like to receive your goods at the ‘good old familiar’ times? With this time slot, we pick your purchased products until the end of the process, but in any case no later than 12:00/13:00. There are no discounts or charges associated with this time slot.

10:00 - 13:00
Do you have trade that does not need to be delivered early? Or do you want to start your entire work process later? Then choose this time slot. You can spread out your trade better, which offers several advantages. For instance, you know exactly when your products arrive, you save space, you can deploy your staff more efficiently, your products are chilled for longer, your trolleys are fuller and you avoid cross product flows in processing. In addition, you get transaction discounts at this time slot.

11:00 - 13:00
If you choose this time slot, you will help spread the logistical process and thus increase the reliability of deliveries. You will receive a discount on your transactions for this. Delivery only starts from 11:00, which prevents cross product flows in processing. In the process, you save space, have fuller trolleys, you can use your people more efficiently and your flowers are cooled longer with us.

In addition to the 6:00 - 8:00 time slot, you can choose from the following time slots for plant delivery at all hubs:

7:00 - 11:30
If you wish to have your purchased plants delivered during this time slot, you will be charged € 0.25 extra per transaction on the first working day of the week. Because of this fee, we will automatically convert this time period to the free 7:00 - 13:00 slot on all days. You can indicate which period(s) you want to use in Floriday.

7:00 - 13:00
If you choose for delivery within this ‘standard’ time slot, you pay no extra costs. With this broad time slot, you can let your staff start a little later or spread out the delivery more easily, which can create more efficiency.

11:00 - 15:00
If you choose delivery within this time slot on the first working day of the week, you will receive a discount per transaction. Moreover, this later time slot prevents cross product flows in processing, you save space, have fuller carts and your staff can be deployed more efficiently.


Please read the terms and conditions here. For example, make sure you make your purchases no later than 90 minutes before the end time of the relevant time slot. Purchases after that fall into the ‘standard’ time slot.

Select Delivery Priority (previously known as Urgent Purchase) is currently available in Rijnsburg and Naaldwijk flowers.

If you buy via auction and need some of your products very quickly, then opt for Select Delivery Priority. Your products will be picked straight away and delivered to your box via a fast lane. We do this in Rijnsburg in as little as 60 minutes. Select Delivery Priority offers you these benefits:

How does it work?
During the auction process, you can specify for each auction transaction whether you prefer delivery via Select Delivery Priority. This is done using the Crtl+U keyboard shortcut.

No matter which hub you are based on, your trade will be delivered at the desired time. With Select Delivery Hub to Hub, it does not even matter at which hub you have purchased. You will always receive your flowers or plants before 12:00 to 13:00* at your established hub. Do you rent a box at the Aalsmeer hub, for example, but sometimes also buy from Naaldwijk? Then we will help you get your products to the right hub.

* Current routes:

• Rijnsburg -> Aalsmeer: purchase until 09:00, in Aalsmeer by 12:00
• Naaldwijk -> Aalsmeer: purchase until 09:00, in Aalsmeer by 13:00
• Naaldwijk ->Rijnsburg : purchase until 09:00, in Rijnsburg by 13:00
• Rijnsburg -> Naaldwijk: purchase until 09:00, in Naaldwijk by 13:00

Order picking allows us to work more efficiently if we can deliver the products early the next morning. As this also benefits our logistics, we store the products (chilled or not) for you free of charge. The pilot is now running in Naaldwijk and Rijnsburg, for both flowers and plants.

This period offers the following advantages:

• Your clock purchases arrive early in the morning at the same time as your direct trade
• Right at the start of the work process, you have sufficient stock to start the day with
• You save storage space on the busiest days or for trade that you will not process until tomorrow anyway
• You can decouple your purchasing and transport times. You do your shopping on Monday morning and everything is ready for you on Tuesday morning
