Together with buyers, we are taking significant steps in the transition from remote buying (KOA) to future-proof auctioning via Floriday. Phase 1, during which we are making preparations within Floriday, is in full swing and nearing completion.

May was a month of ups and downs. With two fewer auction days, the total volume of produce on offer was lower than in May last year. Nevertheless, Mother’s Day in the Netherlands and France brought a flurry of activity. Tuesday 26 May stood out in particular.

Announcing packaging collections and returns digitally in advance is our standard procedure. Customers sometimes forget this, but it is an important part of the process. That is why we will be further refining this procedure in the coming period.
