Flower box Fc523 soon out of assortment

As of Friday 2 October 2026, we will permanently remove the reusable Fc523 flower box from our assortment. This decision was made after consultation with various user groups.

The reason for this decision is that the use of the Fc523 has declined significantly in recent years. One of the reasons for this is that quality issues have arisen during the use of this box. Measures taken to improve quality have not delivered the desired results.
At the same time, users tell us there is still a need for a reusable flower box with a length of 80 cm. That is why we are currently exploring alternatives to Fc523.

Alternative packaging
The following alternative packaging is available within our current assortment:
•    Reusable flower box Fc520 (100 × 40 × 19 cm)

Important dates for collection and distribution stop
•    Friday 2 October 2026: issue of Fc523 will stop.
•    Friday 5 March 2027: is the last opportunity to return Fc523 to one of our packaging depots under normal conditions. From Saturday 6 March 2027, we will no longer accept the Fc523
