Packaging Online & Avalanche Webview

Via Packaging Online you announce compulsory easily and digitally packaging returns and collections in advance. You also have insight into your packaging transactions up to three months after the transaction. Packaging Online is available as a web application for growers, buyers and transporters. Transporters with their own TMS package can use an API link. In addition to Packaging Online, Avalanche Webview is available for viewing transactions, documents and reports.

We are replacing the software package Avalanche with TrackOnline. What does this mean for you as a user when you announce packaging transactions (collecting and/or returning) via Packaging Online and/or Avalanche Webview?

  • Insight into ongoing and completed packaging transactions.
  • Use the web application on your mobile phone or on your computer, or use both.
  • Packaging Online is a free service for Royal FloraHolland customers
  • Announce packaging to your customers? That is also possible via Packaging Online.

How does Packaging Online work?

You decide how to arrange your transactions; via the online application (webview) in 'My Royal FloraHolland' or via the Royal FloraHolland App. This is available at any time, in any place, on any cell phone or tablet with iOS or Android.

Would you also like to announce, collect and/or return packaging on behalf of your customer(s)? You can! However, you will need an authorisation (also called ‘chain link’) from your customer(s). You can read how to apply for an authorisation here. We also need to make your administration number(s) and packaging pass(es) suitable for this once only. Send a message to our Customer Contact Center. If necessary, we will contact you for the necessary information so that you can get started as soon as possible.

For transporters who work with a TMS package from a party with which we have an integration, there is an online link (known as an “API”) for announcing packaging collecting(s).

How do you activate the Packaging Online web application?

You can activate Packaging Online as follows:

  • Type the following URL in the address bar on your mobile phone or click on your computer or laptop: https://fustonline.royalflorah.... Packaging Online is a web application developed for use on a mobile phone (Apple or Android), but also works perfectly on your computer or laptop.
  • Scan the QR code below with the camera of your mobile phone or with a QR scanner app. This code will take you quickly and easily to Packaging Online.

How does Avalanche Webview work?

In addition to Packaging Online, Avalanche Webview is also available for viewing transactions, documents and reports. You can also make advance announcements here, but our advice is to always use our Packaging Online application for this. Packaging Online is more user-friendly: it is easier to use, clearer and requires fewer clicks to make advance announcements than in Webview.

New software package for Packaging available from 16 November 2025: TrackOnline

We currently use the Avalanche software package to process and record all packaging transactions (collecting and/or returning). The software supplier is replacing this system, which is why we will be switching to their new TrackOnline software package on Sunday 16 November 2025. Read what this mean for you as a user when you announce packaging transactions (collecting and/or returning) via Packaging Online and/or Avalanche Webview.
