How does it work?
To use the collection service, the following is required:
Are all agreements in place? Then transactions with parties covered by the collection service can be sent in a CSV file to our finance department every week by e-mail. Every Tuesday, the settlement request is processed by Royal FloraHolland. All details can then be viewed on the payment statement, which can be viewed via Account Online among other places.
- a signed agreement between all parties involved and Royal FloraHolland
- a signed power of attorney for collection between the parties concerned
