The exit scheme explained

The exit scheme aims to exempt growers who intend to cease trading and exempt themselves from the requirement for certification.  Growers can use the exit scheme to arrange their deregistration from Royal FloraHolland early. * Both members and suppliers can use the exit scheme. 

Who is the exit scheme aimed at?

The exit scheme is for members and suppliers who wish to cease trading within two years of the certification date applicable to them.

This means: 

• Member suppliers in the Direct Focus, Direct Flex and Auction Flex packages and non-member growers who are required to be certified by 1/1/2026 can get a personal temporary dispensation until 1/1/2028. It is important, however, that they then cease their supply activities with RFH, and therefore do not supply or trade through another member/administration number.
• Auction Focus growers who should be certified by 1/7/2027 can get a personal temporary dispensation until 1/7/2029. For this group too, they will thereafter cease their supply activities with RFH, and therefore will not supply through another member/administration number. **

If a member or supplier wishes to continue to supply through RFH after these dates, the dispensation will be revoked and the levy will be collected retrospectively in case of no or incomplete certification.

How do you use the exit scheme?

Using the link below, complete and sign the declaration. The statement will be sent to both you and Royal FloraHolland. You have now applied for the exit scheme. Royal FloraHolland will then ensure that you are deregistered as of the date you specified.

**: Member suppliers can change their member pack until 15 December 2025 to use a different member pack from 1/1/2026. Changing the member pack can be done in the 'My RFH' environment. Explanations about the four member packs can be found here.
