How does it work?
With the free subscription to the e-Invoice service, you will receive all your clock, direct trade, and service invoices from Royal FloraHolland by email in XML or UBL format, instead of as PDF files. Invoices from the Rhein-Maas auction location are excluded from this, as they are not yet available in UBL or XML format.
Comments on UBL invoicing:
- UBL invoices follow certain conventions that are not supported by every accounting package.
- Invoice codes can be interpreted by software as ledger accounts, which can lead to incorrect entries.
- It is preferable to also use PDF or XML invoicing as a backup.
- If there are many errors, please contact your software supplier first.
