How does it work?
To use the Collechtion Service, all parties must complete a brief online registration process. You will need to complete and sign:
• An agreement between all parties involved and Royal FloraHolland
• A direct debit mandate for the relevant parties
Once everything has been agreed, transactions are processed weekly. You will receive a clear CSV file and settlement is carried out automatically every Tuesday. You can then find all the details in your payment statement via the RFH Finance app.

What are the costs of Collection Service?
There are fees associated with using the Collection Service. You pay a percentage per transaction. The percentage is based on your turnover from the previous year.
