Check your CC shelves upon receipt
There is a special procedure for returning broken material. Return or exchange broken CC containers and plates to a Container Centralen depot. Read more on the Container Centralen website.
Who owns the CC containers?
Royal FloraHolland does not own the CC containers. In case of damage or loss, while you do have to hand in, you are obliged to reimburse missing CC containers or plates. A CC container consists of one chassis with four corner posts ('poles'). A CC undercarriage has an original CC TAG6 label (containing a readable RFID chip) and the so-called iron plate. A CC plate must meet Container Centralen's quality requirements for a CC plate.
Can I transfer CC containers?
What are the rules for returning CC containers?
Which criteria does Container Centralen use?
First settlement day no reimbursement
For suppliers, all CC containers obtained through a depot issue are one day user fee (previously called 'rent') free. For buyers, all CC containers obtained through a commercial purchase (Klok, Royal FloraHolland Connect) are one day of user fee (formerly called 'rent') free.
Can I still link my numbers?
Common (default) links are links between the same types of customer numbers, in other words, a grower's number with a grower's number or a buyer's number with a buyer's number. Please note: this link applies to both CC containers and lock plates because they are both managed in the same system.
Link between grower's number and buyer's number
An exception to the standard linkage is the linkage between a supplier and a buyer number. The Royal FloraHolland customer number that is leading in the link is also leading for the user fee-free arrangement on the first day. Is the supplier number leading? Then only the depot releases are free of user fee (formerly called 'rent'). Commercial transactions (purchases) lose their user fee-free day. Is the copper number leading? Then all commercial transactions (purchases) are free of user fee (formerly called 'rent') and depot issues lose their user fee-free day.
Good to know
This link then applies to both CC containers and lock plates, as they are managed in the same system.
Link with your carrier
ATTENTION!
Your view of your transactions changes after linking. Once linked, both your balance and your transactions are only visible via the first customer number. Please bear this in mind if you want to make such a link.
Permissions
Transaction data and balance data are only visible on the main number. Invoices are also raised against the main number. Please note: this link applies to both CC-containers and lock plates because they are both managed in the same system.
What does the registration of the CC TAG5 label (padlock) on the CC-container mean?
In this example, you have a balance of 3662 CC containers and 13105 CC shelves at Royal FloraHolland.
- Incorrect Old: defective red label (label cannot be scanned)
- Reused Old: removed red label
- Incorrect Old: defective orange/green CC TAG 5 label (label cannot be scanned)
- Fake Old: copied red label
- Fake/Reused Old: registration of Fake/Reused red labels together

Unscannable CC TAG5 labels
Royal FloraHolland promotes the proper use of the CC pool, which is why it has taken a number of measures to prevent the misuse and reuse of RFID labels.
How does the repair quota for CC shelves work?
In order to improve the quality of the pool, Container Centralen has established a repair quota for CC shelves.
