Payments and Invoicing During the 2025 Year End

As the end of the year approaches, we would like to provide you with clear information regarding payments and invoicing during the holiday period. This way, you know exactly what to expect.

Payments Around Christmas
Payments and payment specifications for domestic, international, and Dollar transactions will be processed on Wednesday, the 24th of December 2025. The next payment will take place on Friday the 2nd of January.

Last Auction Day and Settlements for 2025
•    The final auction day of the year will be Tuesday the 30th of December 2025. 
•    New Year’s Eve is on a Wednesday this year. 
•    The settlement for the last week of 2025 will follow in the first week of 2026, on Friday the 2nd of January 2026. 
•    The settlement for week 53 (29, 30, and 31 December) will be processed in the second week of 2026.

Settling Connect invoices in 2025?
Would you like to settle connect invoice transactions at 2025 rates? Please ensure your transactions are send in before Tuesday 23:00 (Dutch time), 30 December 2025. Transactions send in after this deadline will be settled with 2026 rates.

Service Invoices
The service invoice dated 25 December will be brought forward by one day and issued on Wednesday, 24 December 2025. 
The final service invoice of 2025 will be created and sent on Wednesday, 31st of December 2025. The collection date for this service invoice is Monday the 5th of January 2026. Please take this into account when managing your balance.
