Extended delivery times during the NATO summit

Due to the NATO summit, which will take place in The Hague on 24 and 25 June 2025, we are temporarily adjusting the delivery times at our hubs in Aalsmeer, Naaldwijk and Rijnsburg. This is one of the measures we are introducing in consultation with growers, buyers and their transporters to guarantee our services as much as possible.

Delivery times (ex-warehouse) in week 26 during the NATO summit:

• Sunday 22 June open until 4:30 a.m. (instead of 4:00 a.m.)
• Monday 23 June open until 4:30 a.m. (instead of 4:00 a.m.)
• Tuesday 24 June open until 4:30 a.m. (instead of 4:00 a.m.)
• Wednesday 25 June (early auction day) open until 3:30 a.m. (instead of 3:00 a.m.)*
• Thursday 26 June open until 4:30 a.m. (instead of 4:00 a.m.)
• Friday 27 June open until 5:00 p.m.

*Deliveries to Rijnsburg are also possible on Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. at docks: L4.28, L4.29, L4.30. Advance notification and registration can be made via 06 22 51 50 03.

These extended hours give growers extra time to deliver their flowers and plants on time. The indoor delivery times will not change during the period around the NATO summit.

Earlier auction

On Wednesday 25 June, we will also start the auction earlier, which means that the logistical processes will also start earlier and deliveries will be possible until 3:30 a.m.

On the other days, auctions will start at the usual time, at 6 a.m. for flowers and 6.30 a.m. for plants.
