We are constantly evolving to better meet the changing needs of our growers and buyers. Since we can only achieve the best results together, we ask you to give your opinion on our services every year in the satisfaction survey. That way, we can improve and make any necessary adjustments.
Satisfaction survey launched
In the survey, you can give your opinion on your perceive the services of Royal FloraHolland. Your opinion is important to us because it gives us an idea of what you are satisfied with, as well as where you see room for improvement. From today, 28 September, you may receive a digital invitation from market research agency MSI. Completing the questionnaire takes about 12 minutes. Are you based outside the Netherlands? Then you can expect an online invitation from early October.
