Dutch law and the 'Auction Regulations' apply to the services of Royal FloraHolland. Additional provisions may also apply, such as the 'General Terms and Conditions for CC Containers’ for users of CCs. On Monday 2 October 2023 we will replace the General Terms and Conditions with the updated 'Terms and Conditions for CC container use'.

The current General Terms and Conditions have been amended, clarified, supplemented or tightened in several aspects, with the aim of making the terms and conditions clearer for both users and Royal FloraHolland. Additionally, an article has been added regarding the exchange of CC labels (also known as 'locks').

Good to know
In the current General Terms and Conditions, we use the term ‘rental’. However, we don’t actually rent CCs; instead, we provide customers with the opportunity to have more CCs in use than their balance at Royal FloraHolland allows. The term ‘rental’ is, therefore, not an accurate description. That is why in the new terms and conditions, we will use the term ’user fee’ instead.

Our abilities to manage collections without a balance and to return large quantities to locations without storage capacity has been more clearly formulated. This can assist in better availability management during exceptional circumstances and prevent additional costs.

Additional article on exchange of CC labels
The added article 8 on exchange clarifies the roles and responsibilities during an exchange campaign and outlines the maintain process of this campaign. This article is relevant because a new exchange campaign is expected to take place at the beginning of 2025.
