Supervisory Board
The SB oversees the Management Board and the overall state of affairs within the cooperative and the business. It is closely involved in determining policy and is appointed by the Members' Council.
Supervisory Board Committees
The Royal FloraHolland Supervisory Board has three standing committees, each of which is governed by regulations and has a fixed composition. Each Supervisory Board committee also has a secretary. A member of the Executive Board attends each committee, unless the committee decides otherwise.
