Debtor alert

This service is free.

You will receive a debtor alert if a buyer number is blocked because:

• The buyer has applied for a suspension of payment.
• The buyer is bankrupt.
• There is another reason for blocking, and unblocking is not possible or expected.

You can register multiple e-mail addresses for a debtor alert, for example your finance and sales departments, at the same time. You can also set the language for each e-mail address to Dutch, German or English.
