With Select Delivery, you as the buyer can choose whether you want to receive your goods earlier, faster or later than the regular logistics process. This allows you to spread your goods out better, saving space, deploying your employees more efficiently and keeping your products refrigerated with us for longer.

How do the time slots work?
Almost all time slots can be found in the RFH Select Delivery App in Floriday. You can specify which time slot you want to activate per day and buyer card. Does your company not yet have a Floriday account? Then register first.

Select Delivery Priority
Are you purchasing via the clock and do you need some of your products quickly? Then choose Select Delivery Priority. Your products will be picked immediately and delivered within 60 minutes in Rijnsburg and within 90 minutes in Naaldwijk and Aalsmeer. Priority is currently not available for Aalsmeer Flowers.

How does fast delivery with Select Delivery Priority work?
During the auction process, you can indicate for each clock transaction whether you want your trade to be delivered via Select Delivery Priority. You can do this by using the key combination Ctrl+U for the Aalsmeer hub, Ctrl+V for the Naaldwijk hub and Ctrl+W for the Rijnsburg hub.

Log in to Floriday. You can then activate the Select Delivery app. In this Select Delivery app, select the location, then whether it concerns flowers or plants, then Auction Presales or Clock, and then the available time slots will appear. If there are additional costs associated with a time slot, this will be immediately visible. See (add link to Select Delivery website)

Why do the time slots differ per hub?
The size of the hub, the driving distances and the supply volumes determine the average turnaround time and the achievable end times. Because these factors differ per hub, the time slots may also differ. We strive for uniformity as much as possible.

At Rijnsburg, where hardly any plants are clocked, there are no separate time slots available for flowers and plants. However, a distinction can be made between clock and Auction Presales.
In Naaldwijk and Aalsmeer, separate time slots are available for flowers and plants, so that the supply of flowers and plants can be regulated separately and better coordinated with your internal logistics. The end time of the standard time slot for plants is later, because the auction also starts later.

By linking buyer cards together, linked buyer cards are seen as one customer in the order picking process. This results in a full trolley sooner and therefore faster delivery, but also better loaded trolleys towards the end of the day's process.

Why can't I report Auction Pre-sales purchases until the mother trolley has been auctioned?
In the order picking process, it is possible to deliver the clock pre-sale trade while the mother trolley has not yet been auctioned. As soon as the mother trolley has been auctioned, the EKT (Electronic Clock Message) is released. Until then, a Provisional EKT (V-EKT) is created for the delivery of the Auction Presales, so that the buyer can report the trade and retrieve the correct data. You set up the V-EKT via “My Royal FloraHolland”, then go to “Services” and “My service contracts”.
