When is a product a novelty?
A novelty is a new product that has not previously been brought to market by a member or supplier via Royal FloraHolland. We apply the following criteria:
- The product preferably has a new VBN code
- The product is A1 quality
- There is no turnover yet
- The product is available
- The product has something new or different (flower structue, shape or different inflorescence)
