Frequently asked questions lock plates

The lock plate has a barcode and tag. When issued, it is linked to a customer. When the lock plate is taken back, the link is removed and we can issue the lock plate to someone else. Only employees of Royal FloraHolland (key holders) or customers with a lock place key machine (SPSA) can remove a lock plate from a trolley. Our employees have a special lock plate key, which always remains in the possession of Royal FloraHolland. A lock plate key is also attached in a SPSA. You can pass on any tips on the improper use of logistical resources to us.
