Why certification data updates are delayed — and what we’re doing to fix it

We would like to inform you about the recent delay in availability of certification data on our digital platforms. Agraya (formerly FoodPLUS GmbH/GLOBALG.A.P.) is currently transitioning to a new global IT system. This transition is designed to improve the long‑term reliability and transparency of certification data. Unfortunately, during the system-wide migration, temporary technical disruptions have occurred, resulting in delays in the exchange and display of certification statuses. These delays are related to the migration and not caused by Royal FloraHolland or other sector partners.

We are working closely with Agraya to restore the data flow as quickly as possible. Floricode, certification bodies and auditors are also doing essential work during this challenging phase. Due to the new system logic, certification bodies are currently dealing with a significant backlog. They are processing audits and certificates at full capacity, but it will take some time to fully clear these backlogs.

We understand that this situation affects you and other growers. Ensuring a reliable and transparent floriculture supply chain remains our top priority. That is why we continue to work with Agraya and all chain partners until the situation is fully stable. We will continue to keep you informed of updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this transition.
