New Terms and Conditions for the Use of Auction Trolleys and Packaging as of 30 September 2024

Royal FloraHolland’s services are subject to Dutch law and the ‘Auction Regulations’. Additional provisions may also apply. For users of auction trolleys, the 'General Terms and Conditions Auction Trolleys' apply, and for users of packaging, the 'General Terms and Conditions Packaging' and 'Supplementary General Terms and Conditions Packaging for subturns' apply. From Monday 30 September 2024, we will replace both sets of General Terms and Conditions with the updated 'Terms and Conditions for the Use of Auction Trolleys' and 'Terms and Conditions for the Use of Packaging’, respectively.

Several points in the current General Terms and Conditions have been amended, clarified, supplemented or tightened to clarify the terms and conditions for both users and Royal FloraHolland. As a result of this, the terms and conditions will be more in keeping with our current situation and processes.

Good to know
In the Terms and Conditions for the Use of Auction Trolleys, the procedure for Internal Overnight Rental (Article 12) has been rewritten and more closely aligned with the current practice. The terms and conditions applicable to the use of lock plates are an integral part of the Terms and Conditions for the Use of Auction Trolleys.

The renewed Terms and Conditions for the Use of Packaging have been created by merging the General Terms and Conditions Packaging and the Supplementary General Terms and Conditions Packaging for subturns.
