Supply in new style on Royal FloraHolland website

Supplying website
Royal FloraHolland wants to bring customers as close as possible to everything that is happening now and to the changes for the future. We like to tell you who we are, what we do, what our ambitions and challenges are and how we help growers and buyers every day with our three key customer promises.

Our three key customer promises are:
  • Simplified dealmaking
  • Customised logistics and
  • Smart business

We know from research that our growers and buyers do not always find our website clear. There is a lot of information on it, but it is hard to find where to find what.
We are therefore going to improve our website step by step and have tackled the 'Supply' section first.


What is new?
The 'Feeding' section has been redesigned, the content is written in a more accessible way and there is less text. Via an FAQ (list of questions and answers), we keep all practical information from the old structure available. A search bar allows you to type in your question and the answer comes up. And is the answer not enough? Then get in touch via our Customer Contact Centre. The contact details can be found on our website at the top of the screen under 'Service & Contact'.


Phasing
Our website contains a lot of information. That is why we have adopted a phased approach. First, therefore, is the 'Supply' section. In the near future, we will continue to work on different parts of our site.
