Remote Buying complaints

There are conditions attached in undertaking a Remote Buying re-inspection. Some product features or abnormalities can be negatively affected by transport or storage.

Tulipa, Gladiolus, Alstroemeria Lilium, Freesia, Hippeastrum,
Iris, Hyacinthus, Anemone, Paeonia, Narcissus and Ranunculus.

The Quality Inspector makes a ruling on the basis of the applicable product specifications.

If the Quality Inspector decides the product should be returned, the grower has three options:

  • Have the product (re) auctioned
  • Pick up the product at his own expense
  • Dispose of the product in accordance with the applicable rules
