Your complaint can be about the way Royal FloraHolland performs its tasks, but also about how you were treated by a Royal FloraHolland employee.

How long will it take to process my complaint?

You will receive a confirmation of the registration of your complaint with a reference number. It is our aim to respond to your complaint within 5 business days and to fully process it within 4 weeks. In the meantime, you can always contact our customer service to check on the status of your complaint.
