Prepayment

Would you like to pay in USD? Are you unable to pay via SEPA or SWIFT, or would you prefer not to provide a deposit or bank guarantee for direct debit payments? Then the eWallet is ideal for you. This payment method allows you to quickly and easily deposit credit into your personal digital wallet: the eWallet. You can use that amount to immediately pay for your auction or direct trade. The cost of the purchase is then deducted from your eWallet balance.

Purchase on account

Would you like to pay on account? No problem—it’s quick and hassle-free. With a deposit or bank guarantee, you can easily make purchases on account. Payment will be collected within 48 hours via SEPA or SWIFT authorization.

Deferred payment (under conditions)

Do you pay on account with a SEPA or SWIFT direct debit? Then, under certain conditions, you can pay for your purchases in direct trade after 7, 14, 21 or 28 days instead of within 48 hours.

Do you not only buy from growers but also do business with other buyers? With our service Buyer-to-buyer settlements, you can settle mutual transactions easily. Contact our Customer Service for more information.

Financial statements & administration

Our financial statements give you insight into your purchases and expenses. See all your expenses in a weekly or monthly financial statement or view combined invoice data in the Finance Dashboard of the My RFH environment.

You will receive our invoices by e-mail as a PDF attachment andcan process them with a few clicks in our accounting module. Do you prefer to process invoices automatically in your own administration or accounting module? Then you can just as easily connect to your own accounting software and receive your auction clock, direct trade and service invoices in a commonly used format (such as XML or UBL). This prevents errors, reduces your administrative work, and saves you time and money.
