What is Packaging Online?
Via Packaging Online you can easily order packaging and announce returns digitally. You also have insight into your packaging transactions up to three months after the transaction. You decide how to announce your transactions - via the online application (Webview) in 'My Royal FloraHolland' or on your PC or via the Royal FloraHolland web application.

Do you want to collect or have delivered packaging? You can always announce this digitally and easily in advance via Packaging Online. If you want to receive the packaging at your location in Aalsmeer, we will deliver it within two hours after ordering.Will you have the packaging delivered by us or will you pick it up at the Transhipment Collecting point? Additional guidelines returning packaging Eelde
A few additional guidelines apply to ensure a smooth and efficient process for both customers and our employees:
- Return your packaging on auction trolleys.
- Arrange the packaging according to code and colour.
- Make sure the packaging is clean: no rubbish or stickers in or on the packaging.
- Attach the fixed shelves at the bottom of the auction trolley.
- Stack plant packaging 25 high and cut flower packaging 15 high.
- Return shelves with deposits separately and do not stack packaging on them.
We work with packaging receipt booklets. Please fill in a packaging receipt before returning the packaging. We can then compare our packaging collection receipt with your receipt. We can immediately see if there are any discrepancies in the numbers and we can rectify any errors. If you do not return the packaging according to the guidelines, we may not accept the packaging. You then have another opportunity to submit the packaging in the right way.

Do you want to collect your packaging after closing time?
- Place your order before 3.00 pm on the telephone number to the right.
- If you phone or fax after 3.00 pm, we will prepare your order the next day.
You can collect your ordered packaging at a centrally located, camera-secured place in the flower auction. The packaging will be placed here at your own risk. Another option is delivery via collective transport. In this case, order your packaging from your collective haulier.

Additional guidelines for packaging return at Naaldwijk
To ensure a smooth and efficient process for both you as our customer and our staff, several additional guidelines now apply:
- You will need a packaging card in addition to your packaging receipt booklet in order to collect packaging.
- Always fill in the white packaging return docket (LMS docket) in advance and submit it to the packaging staff member when driving in.
- Please wait for permission from the packaging staff member before driving into the packaging return location.
- Return each time a maximum of 15 trolleys with plastic packaging and a maximum of 20 trolleys with multi-use boxes.
- Return all full trolleys assembled by packaging code and one after the other.
- Place any trolley with leftovers at the back of the train of trolleys to be returned.
- Stack the packaging by packaging code.
- Deliver cut flower packaging separately from plant packaging, on separate trolleys.

The locations are indicated by signposts on the premises.
Note: In Naaldwijk, you can dock at the docks on the Elzenzijde (docks 8 to 30) for a maximum of half an hour to load and unload.

Collecting packaging outside of opening hours
Order within the order times as mentioned above, even if you want to collect kegs outside opening hours. Orders outside these ordering times cannot be processed. You can order via Fust Online and choose Dock/Bulk location 27. Collection Location: Department OSO, T 0174-632229 (b.g. M 06-11603191). Times: Sunday to Friday 11am-4pm and Saturday 1pm-15pm. Required: only with keg pass and announcement via Fust Online.
Transporter procedure
For transporters who are not yet digitally connected to the TMS or the Packaging App, it is temporarily possible to order packaging over the telephone on T +31 (0)174-633801.
You can order packaging over the telephone during the hours mentioned below. On Friday, you cannot order packaging; however, the packaging distribution location is open according to regular opening hours.

You can collect your order outside the regular opening hours at the department OSO, T +31 (0)174-632229 or M +31(0)6-11603191. Collecting of ordered packaging can only take place with the packaging card and if it was announced in advance over the telephone.

How to return packaging
If you want to return packaging and have it collected, please follow the procedure below for fast and correct handling:
- You register the packaging to be taken in with the Fust Online service via computer (webview application) or via the Royal FloraHolland Fust Online app on your cell phone.
- The auction employee from LDK (Logistic Services for Customers) will see your notification on the handheld scanner and will come over to you.
- This LDK employee will scan your packaging card, check the quantities and packaging codes, and read the packaging for collection digitally with the handheld scanner.
- If you and the LDK employee both agree with the quantities and packaging codes on the handheld scanner, this person will scan your packaging card once more and the collection will be finalized. By allowing this scan to take place, you approve the transaction and the associated financial settlement.
- Please take care to always first check the quantities entered, together with the LDK employee, as subsequent claims will no longer be possible once approval has been given.
- In the case of deviations, count the packaging again with the LDK employee, after which the LDK employee can enter the correct quantities.
- After finalizing the collection, you will receive confirmation by email stating the quantities of the packaging units returned.
We no longer work with paper receipts. All packaging returns are registered digitally using the handheld scanner.
Guidelines returning packaging
For a smooth and efficient process for both you, the customer, and our employees, a few additional guidelines apply:- Stacking carts always come standard with three fixed shelves that lie straight on the cart.
- Stack the container by container code.
- Deliver full trolleys Fc533,544,588 and 598 in the correct configuration (3-4-3).
- Deliver all full stack carts sorted by keg code together and back to back.
- Place chore carts at the back of the tow to be delivered.
- Offer the cask in separate drags:
- A tow with boxes.
- A tow with non-washable packaging (racks, plant kegs and shelves).
- A tow with washable packaging.

Services
As a grower, it is also possible to order packaging and collect it yourself or have it picked up by collective transport. On Monday through Friday you, or your collective transporter, can transmit the packaging orders to us before 1.30 pm via Packaging Online and/or through the TMS link. We will then have it ready for you on the dock. Do you need any packaging after 1.30 pm? Then you are most welcome to visit the packaging store during opening hours. On Saturdays you cannot place orders, but you can pick up packaging at the packaging store during opening hours.
