Extra early auction day: Tuesday, April 28

Royal FloraHolland applies adjusted supply times at all export hubs around the holidays during the peak. In addition, we auction one hour earlier on various (public) days during this period. This keeps the end times acceptable and allows us to deliver within the time slots. Another day, Tuesday 28 April, has therefore been added to the previously announced early auction days. 

This means that we will start auctioning flowers at 5.00 a.m. and start auctioning plants at 5:30 a.m. on 28 April and that supply times will be adjusted at our hubs in Aalsmeer, Naaldwijk and Rijnsburg prior to this day. There is no early auction day at hub Eelde.

It is difficult for us to predict the future with current market conditions. If circumstances call for it, we do not rule out another additional early auction day. In that case, we will communicate this at least three weeks in advance.

Reminder: non-auctioning days

In addition to early auction days, there are also a few non-auctioning days this year. The next non-auctioning day is Monday 6 April (Easter Monday). For certain time slots, rates and discounts apply on the first auction day of the week. The first auction day of that week is Tuesday 7 April. Please bear this in mind when selecting time slots via RFH Select Delivery in Floriday.
