How does it work?
Continuous auction
The trolleys can be delivered to the RFH hub at different times. Once the entire supply is present, we place the products one after the other in the relevant auction block. On the desired day, it is auctioned as a single lot.
Are you using this service for the first time? Please report this at the relevant location. To use Continuous auctioning, you must supply at least 20 load carriers.
For continuous auctioning, the supply must be received by us before 2 a.m. Place the 'Continuous auctioning' identification form clearly visible on the first trolley of each load.
Cluster auctions
The trolleys supplied can be delivered to the RFH hubs at different times by the suppliers affiliated with the cluster and auctioned as a whole on the desired day.
In order to auction the supply as a cluster, a cluster is created at the request of the suppliers, of which they become participants.
For the physical recognisability of the Cluster in the conditioned space, the recognisability form 'Clustering' must be used. Place this form on the first load carrier of the lot under the letter clip.
This service is particularly relevant for suppliers who want to present themselves with a common brand. Royal FloraHolland determines whether the cluster is eligible for this service.
