What is it?
RFH Auction is an app on Floriday. So, you need a Floriday account to use it. The Auction app gives you easy access to the widest range of flowers and plants. The app will replace the obsolete Remote Buying (KOA). You can access Floriday and therefore the Auction app via any laptop with internet. This allows you to work independent of location.
What are the benefits?
Because Floriday is a 'cloud solution', new features are developed faster. This enables us to offer you more and more buying options, without you needing to install a new software version every time. There is also less risk of disruptions.
- Everything managed centrally. All your trading activities come together in one place: Floriday. This helps you keep track of everything, work more efficiently and switch between trading and auctions with greater ease.
- Greater flexibility. You can access RFH Auction via a laptop with a good internet connection. This means you are no longer tied to a fixed workstation
- Improved functionality. Fewer disruptions to the auction clock.
- More efficient purchasing. Whilst marking items, you can enter the desired quantity and any comments, so that you can purchase directly during the auction.
What features do we offer?
To make bidding at the auction as straightforward as possible, RFH Auction offers a range of features. The most important ones are:
- A good, fast auction experience while bidding on the auction clock
- Quick bidding on the auction clock using the number keys
- Easy switching between preset/buyer cards, comfort mode and audio settings during bidding
- Support for three clock layouts (portrait, landscape with large secondary clocks or landscape with small secondary clocks)
- Support for landscape mode, best experience at a resolution of 1080x1920 or 1920x1080 pixels
- Set up shortcuts; number keys, clocks and presets
- Option to report an error by setting the clock to a high value
- Insight into upcoming lots with markings
- Insight into lot under the auction clock with product information and number of markings/comments
- Overview of purchases made (transactions)
How much does it cost?
The cost of using RFH Auction will remain the same as Remote Buying (KOA) for now. In the future, however, this rate will change.
