Extending service provision pilot at Rijnsburg has started03 January 2017
From 2 January 2017, Royal FloraHolland is extending the opening hours for issuing packaging and lock plates at the Rijnsburg location as an experiment. How does this affect you?
On January 2, we have initiated a pilot at Rijnsburg with more generous opening hours. This means better service provision for the issuing of packaging and lock plates. The usual ordering methods will not change during the pilot; orders will continue to be made using the order line. The collection and issuing of CC containers will also remain the same.
The pilot takes place in the current packaging depot, and the reception entrance is located in the L3 hall. Would you like to participate in the extended service provision pilot? Then call number 071-40974910 when you arrive - before collecting packaging.
During the pilot we cannot issue unlimited quantities of logistics supplies. Larger lots (more than three trolleys per packaging code) will have to be made ready using the normal ordering method. We shall do our very best to provide an optimal service.
On 1 December 2016 a comparable pilot started at the Aalsmeer location. Both pilots will end on 17 February 2017.
