With direct trade, there is more involved than just the usual administration. You work with terms and conditions and contract, and you have to check whether these agreements are being complied with. Sometimes you have to deal with complaints and claims. Take our Legal pitfalls training session. You will learn what to pay attention to and thus you can prevent problems with direct trade.
In this practical training session lasting half a day, you become acquainted with all legal aspects of direct trade. You learn to recognise legal pitfalls and prevent disputes. In a small group you practise with real-life examples. For example, you prepare a contract and learn to read the terms and conditions (supplementary) of others. You also gain insight into the Auction Regulations and the General Terms and Conditions for direct trade of Royal FloraHolland.
After the training you will have the required knowledge to be able to examine legal documents. You can prepare simple contracts yourself and evaluate the terms and conditions of others. You will also have access to model contracts and terms and conditions. You can follow the training in-house, and it can be tailored to your own processes.
