Information for growers, customers and transporters
What do the new documents for growers, customers and transporters look like?*
When you pick up or return lock plates to the counter at
Royal FloraHolland and/or VRM, you will receive a voucher. The voucher
can be printed or e-mailed.
*These documents do not apply to participants in the collective transport scheme (CVV).
When you collect a lock plate, the distribution voucher looks
(If the lock plate is engraved, this is also stated)
To approve the transaction you will be asked for your signature. You can sign even if you decide to have the voucher emailed.
When you hand in a lock plate, the return voucher looks like
(If you are late in returning the lock plate by more than one week, the contract will be automatically extended by the same contract duration, in this case one week. The expiry date on the voucher will then be 08-11-2012)
Invoices are raised every Thursday evening for the transactions and corrections that took place in the preceding week. The following documents are created:

This document lists all the transactions that took place during the past week. Contract renewals are not listed here.
