Floriculture Direct is the logistic delivery centre for the direct flows at Trade Parc Westland in Naaldwijk. We speed your direct trade products from the dock to your customers. You can find us among your customers at TPW Venus and Jupiter.

What does it cost?
The cost for having your direct flows delivered by TPW Venus is
€2.25 per trolley.

How does it work?
You can supply your products 24/7 to our location at Trade Parc Westland (TPW Venus and Jupiter). You will receive a personal door code with which you can deliver your non-refrigerated products at any time.
We deliver your products to your customer on the auction grounds
between 07:00 and 17:00, within 60 minutes after arrival. Products
that we receive between 17:00 and 07:00 are delivered to your
customer the next workday before 09:00.
We can also process your trade not going through the auction or
trade without a delivery note. During the day there is always a
technician present at the Floriculture Direct docks.
You may also pay for the use of the following additional services:
- Splitting products from several customers on one trolley: You can deliver one trolley to us containing products for different customers. We shall split your orders according to the delivery form and deliver the products to the right customer. The products on the trolley must be clearly labelled regarding which order they belong to. CC-containers and lock plates are supplied together with your products.
- Returns logistics:

- We store your direct trade returns for 72 hours. You decide when you are going to collect them.
- We can also stockpile returned clock products. You decide when you are going to collect them.
- You can always take back CC-containers, lock plates and trolleys for free.
- Grower-to-grower logistics: You can have your products purchased from fellow growers delivered and stockpiled. You decide when you are going to collect the products.
- Delivering clock products: You can also deliver to us your CC-containers and trolleys that are meant for the next workday's auction.
- Cross-docking: upon request, you can use our docks for transferring your products.
- Just in time delivery: we deliver your products at the time you specify.
- Transshipment: upon request, you can use our space for temporary storage or stockpiling of your products.
