I am a supplier member

Supplier members have made the agreement to sell everything via RFH. When members outside of the auction trade outside of the auction (NAT), therefore not being able to pay everything via Royal FloraHolland, you must state this fact via the Temporary Exemption from Member Obligations (TEMO) in the My Royal FloraHolland environment.

I am a supplier (non-member)
As supplier, you do not have to declare any NAT/TEMO.

How do I declare my NAT turnover?

Declare NAT turnover via the (free) service Temporary Exemption from Member Obligations (TEMO). The declaration must be made no later than 15 May of the following year.

Am I obligated to make a NAT Statement?
Yes, as supplier member, you are obligated to make the statement. This obligation is not applicable when you are a supplier at Royal FloraHolland.

Is this obligation also applicable when I have non-auction turnover?
Yes, you must always declare non-auction turnover. This obligation is also applicable when there is no non-auction turnover (€ 0.00) or less than € 15,000.00.

How do I activate the Temporary Exemption from Member Obligations service?
Do this in the My Royal FloraHolland environment via My information > Available services > Temporary Exemption from Member Obligations. This service is now located under 'My web services'.
