Make a notification
If you cannot find an answer to your question using the search bar, then submit your question to the Customer Contact Center.
This is where you can also send your feedback and/or report a notification (of malfunction).
You can submit your question through email, Whatsapp or telephone.
In this case, always state your grower number and if necessary, the relevant branch and location number.
If your notification is urgent, for example, because the auction process has come to a halt, or because there is damage or a dangerous situation, then please always call us. Contact the Customer Contact Center. See the contact options at the bottom of this page.
What is the status of my notification?
You receive a notification confirmation via email after you have made a notification to the Client Contact Centre. If you want to know the status of your notification, then respond to the email message.
If you prefer to contact us via Whatsapp or telephone, then please contact the Customer Contact Center.
Always state your notification number. This number is located at the top right of the email message.
