What are the principles?

In the new member packs, Royal FloraHolland's cooperative strategy and business strategy come together and we give substance to two of those four principles of the cooperative strategy: we introduce member packs and thereby make membership very attractive. And in doing so, we give space to the differences in business operations between members.

With the member packs, we have created a membership offer that centres around three important criteria:

• The degree of access to trade channels and services
• Sales commission and associated rates
• Rights and obligations that apply to members
