Changes to statutes and auction regulations

• You are obliged to choose in a member pack. Only then can you sell your flowers or plants on our platform and settle transactions with your customers through us.
• You choose a membership pack per calendar year. You cannot change your pack during the year.
• As a member, you choose one pack for the entire company. A group or holding company as referred to in Article 4 of the articles of association also chooses one pack.
• You retain the pack previously chosen by you if you do not make a timely choice at the end of each calendar year for another pack. In 2024, this will be the pack advised by Royal FloraHolland.
  

The following changes apply from 1 January 2024:

Notice period changes
The current membership entry and exit rules will be tightened in the articles of association. A "rolling" notice period of 12 months will be introduced. A rolling notice period means that a member can give notice every month, which then leads to withdrawal 12 months later.

Non-Sepa
A temporary exception to BVO levy for non-SEPA trade lanes is currently in force, which expires at the end of 2023. The current temporary arrangement will become permanent. Once (financial ) settlement of transactions with buyers in countries does become supported, the BVO exemption will expire.
