Naaldwijk is switching to the new packaging system27 February 2018
Now that the new packaging system has been successfully launched in Rijnsburg and Eelde, Naaldwijk it also switching to it. Naaldwijk's system goes live on Sunday evening, 11 March 2018.
To collect or return containers, you will need a packaging card in Naaldwijk from Sunday evening, 11 March 2018. If you have not yet ordered your packaging card, you can do so online.
Online ordering Naaldwijk possible in the second quarter
We are striving for a smooth going live launch on Sunday, 11 March 2018. That is why you can only do advance ordering and schedule returns in Naaldwijk online in the second quarter.
We would like to ask you to continue doing your orders and returns in the usual way for now, using the packaging telephone or the packaging docket for example. We shall of course inform you when the online ordering becomes available in Naaldwijk.
Are you collecting from or bringing your containers to Eelde or Rijnsburg? Then schedule your orders and returns online via My RoyalFloraHolland.
Container card for Aalsmeer
We anticipate that Aalsmeer will switch to the new system at the beginning of April 2018. Then you will require a container card there, too. You can use the same packaging card at all Royal FloraHolland locations.
Changes on the
The paper transaction receipt will be replaced by a digital receipt. This is sent to the email address that you gave immediately after the transaction. The new digital transaction receipt does not contain any financial accountability anymore.
Change of packaging code
If you need to order trays, please note that the packaging code has changed from 100 to 795, as is already the case in Aalsmeer.
The new packaging system means that copperplate numbers when delivering or collecting packagings will no longer be used. Please can you use your administration number for this purpose. What is possible is to show extra information on the transaction receipt such as a corresponding copperplate number.
