QR-code on delivery form? Use the right software version12 April 2017
Are you using the right software version to print the QR-code on your delivery form? The QR-code is the solution if your EDF and product photo do not arrive at Royal FloraHolland on time, which would lead to your product not being auctioned. You do need the correct software version of your EDF package.
At this moment many suppliers are still working with outdated software in their EDF package. This means that the most recent QR-code is missing on the paper delivery form. With the latest version of your EDF package and thus also of the QR-code, you can ensure that your product will still be auctioned.
Software supplier can help
Are you still not printing a QR-code on your delivery forms? Are you unsure whether your current software is printing the most recent version of the QR-code? Or are you having problems updating the software? Please contact your software supplier, who will be happy to help you.
QR-code in EDF-package?
Almost all software suppliers have implemented the QR-code in their EDF-package. Which software suppliers have a QR-code in their EDF-packages and which ones do not?
Not auctioned without product photo
The EDF with a product photo must be received at Royal FloraHolland before the products physically arrive at the auction. The QR-code is the solution if, for example, an internet disruption prevents this. We can scan the QR-code to gain access to your supply information and product photo.
- Always work with the right (up-to-date) software version of your EDF package that produces a valid QR-code. Older versions tend not to have the QR-code.
- Enter all youor data (including a valid photo-id) in your EDF before printing the paper form.
- Use blank A4 paper for your paper delivery form.
- Use a laser printer.
