Royal FloraHolland surveys: your input counts15 July 2021
At Nationwide Auctioning, we are focused on three components: the digital auction, a new method of logistics and quality & customer experience. This summer, we are inviting numerous buyers to participate in various surveys on these topics. This will allow us to gather input on a range of subjects and implement improvements. We would like to update you on the ongoing and future surveys.
Improving supply information
Royal FloraHolland's Quality programme is aimed at increasing the reliability of supply information and improving the auctioning purchasing experience. It is essential that buyers can rely on the accuracy of the quality and grading information of the products that they purchase.
In May, we asked buyers how Royal FloraHolland can improve the reliability of supply information. The survey was completed by almost 200 respondents. The results of this survey are currently being processed. We will share them with you soon.
Buying at the digital auction
Royal FloraHolland is developing the digital auction and integrating it with Floriday. The digital auction will be new technically. However, the functions you are already familiar with from Remote Buying and FloraMondo will remain the same. However, new functions will be added to the digital auction to further improve the buying process.
Together with developers and buyers, we are holding workshops every fortnight. In these workshops, we develop insights and functions that can improve the digital auction now and in the future. This is already providing us with lots of usable input. We want to gather even more input with a survey. We are curious about which functions you use when preparing to buy from the auction supply (Auction Presales and auctioning). Perhaps you have suggestions for new functions. If so, we'd love to receive them.
The survey was sent to national and international buyers last week. If you have not received the survey or want to provide input on the functions for the digital auction, please contact the Customer Contact Centre and fill in the survey.
Research into time slot delivery
We are also curious about the needs of buyers with regard to the future delivery of their purchased Auction (Presales) products. With this input, we can provide custom service for deliveries, according to the needs of the buyer. We will send out a survey on this shortly, so keep an eye on your inbox.
