Improved service provision in a safe marketplace09 July 2020
At Royal FloraHolland, we are working every day to improve our logistics services. We are structurally strengthening logistics processes at all locations in order to reduce turnaround times and expected end times for you.
However, the RIVM guidelines require drastic changes to our logistics process. Various logistic processes have also been adjusted in Naaldwijk, to keep the marketplace safe for you and your colleagues.
Limited use is being made of the regular distribution hall, for instance, in order to enforce the RIVM guidelines. However, we have introduced two parallel (copies of) processes in order to process 1800 additional auction trolleys. These extra trolleys allow us to process even more transactions per hour. The end times at our location are almost back to their former level. We are doing everything we can to achieve these improved end times for you.
We remain committed to serving you better every day. Our service provision is our top priority. The safety of customers and our employees is paramount in this respect. Therefore, please observe the RIVM guidelines and our standard safety rules to ensure a safe marketplace for everyone.
