Overview of all modifications to our logistics services

The corona crisis demands that we make some (temporary) modifications to our logistics services. We are cancelling four planned early auction days; we are operating under different supply times and adjusting the opening times for a number of packaging and CC depots. A number of other logistical processes are also altered.
You can read all modifications below. These apply immediately and until further notice. Of course we will inform you of any changes.
No early auction days
For 2020 we also had appointed about four 'early auction days' for both flowers and plants. Due to the current circumstances, these are all cancelled.
Adjusted clock supply times
We have adjusted our clock supply times. The supply times for Connect remain the same.
Modifications at the Aalsmeer location
• Logistics Resources Centre
- The additional Saturday opening times are no long
applicable.
- The shopping evenings on Monday and Thursday have been
cancelled.

Modifications at the Naaldwijk location
•Sierteelt Direct supply locations (TPW Venus and Jupiter)
closed
We are temporarily closing the Sierteelt Direct supply locations
at Trade Parc Westland. Products that are normally supplied to
Sierteelt Direct can be supplied to Phase G.
Apart from this modification, there are no changes for you in
terms and conditions and pricing. This measure is temporary - as
soon as the trade increases again, Sierteelt Direct will be opened
as normal.
What will change for you in working method?
You drive to phase G (supply dock Royal FloraHolland, Naaldwijk location). Signing in for these deliveries, normally at the yellow register post at Sierteelt Direct, is not necessary. You can immediately drive to one of the docks 11 to 15, which have been reserved for Sierteelt Direct.
• The packaging collection points 11 (Strijp) and 37 (TPW Venus) are closed.
