General information
This morning (Wednesday, 25 February), there was a malfunction in the systems behind our order picking process. This has caused a delay in the delivery of products that are delivered via order picking. The malfunction mainly affects the early time slots: until 9 a.m. and until 11 a.m.
The systems are now working again and we are doing everything we can to clear the backlog in deliveries. We are doing this by continuing to work during breaks and deploying more people.
