The Quality Inspector makes a ruling on the basis of the
applicable product specifications.
If the Quality Inspector decides the product should be returned,
the grower has three options:
- Have the product (re) auctioned
- Pick up the product at his own expense
- Dispose of the product in accordance with the applicable rules
