To collect or return lock plates, the opening hours are:
- From Sunday 19.00 to Friday 16.45 hours (24 hours a day)
- Saturday: 08.00 to 14.45 hours
For all other matters concerning lock plates such as lost lock plates, returning malfunctioning lock plates, changing the contract or exchanging non-engraved for engraved lock plates, the opening hours are as follows:
- Monday to Friday: 09.00 - 17.00 hours, Friday until 16.45 hours.
