When you order something online, it's great to have your order delivered at a time that is convenient for you. That is why companies such as Coolblue always deliver your parcels in a time slot of your choosing. Our buyers regularly let us know that they would like to have more control over the delivery times of the products they purchase through Royal FloraHolland. Royal FloraHolland has worked hard with them to achieve this and, as a result, you can now choose to have your Auction Presales delivered between 6 and 8am.
Positive feedback from our buyers
In the past few months, a select group of buyers has been using this service during the "Auction Presales Early Deliveries" pilot. We have tested time slot deliveries in practice and improved the service based on their experiences and suggestions. The responses have been positive and all our buyers can now use this option if they purchase flowers through Auction Presales in Naaldwijk. To this end, we're making the first time slot available for transactions made through Auction Presales.
How it works
Flexibility is important. That's why you can choose to activate the time slot for your Auction Presales transactions for just one or a few days a week – for example, on Mondays and Fridays – or to change your choices up to one week before. Currently, it is configurable by administration number. Please contact the Customer Contact Centre for this.
